Order Processing

All orders are processed within a standard timeframe of 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

⁠Custom orders or special requests may require additional processing time between 5 to 10 business days. In such cases, we will communicate any expected delays with you directly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, which may include standard, expedited, and overnight delivery.

Delivery estimates are based on the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are subject to the shipping carrier’s schedule and processing times.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Savia Rocks Photography is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Savia Rocks Photography is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at savia@savia.rocks with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
